How do I know I'm reading the latest news updates?
Good question. Nobody likes to be left behind with the latest news updates! It's easy. You just pull down the screen on your mobile device to refresh. Good news. The app is designed to auto-refresh every 10 minutes so there's never any need to log out.
How do I log in and log out of the app?
To read your channels, simply open the app and start reading. If you are logged out, you will be prompted to log in when you open the app. LOG IN: Log in with your registration login details: Email and Password. Don't worry if you have forgotten your password. Just click on "Forgot password?" at the Login screen and create a new one. LOG OUT: Android: Simply tap open the menu at the top left corner of your device screen and log out. iOS: Go to "Settings" by tapping on the

Who can access and manage organisation?
Only ''Organisation owner'' and ''Organisation Admin'' can access and manage organization.
Does tchop provide any personal or technical support?
You can start chatting with us right now from the website chat messaging intercom. The chat intercom is alway available to you, even after you log in to your tchop app. You can also email us any time at email@example.com. How can I manage users at organisation?
Organisation level offers you a seamless way to manage large number of users across different channels within your organisation. You can easily change roles of users within one specific or several selected channels. You can add and invite new users to one or more channels of your organisation. You can send reminders to your inactive users and you can even remove unwanted users from the organisation or from specific channels. How do I register to read my company's app?
How to register as an app channel reader: You will receive an email inviting you to join your company app channel as a reader. When you click on "GO TO CHANNEL" in the email invite, you will be brought to a registration screen. Register using your email address and choose a password. Now you're all signed up. What browser versions support the app account registration?
If you get an invitation as an app reader and then click on the link, you are usually redirected to the browser on your device. Start reading the content created especially for you: Reading content in the app is easy and fun to do. The content is divided up into MIXES for you to swipe, scroll, browse and click through. How to install the app: Once registration is complete, you will arrive to a welcome page with the links to download the app. We will also send you these links to your email. With the help of organisation level, you can easily manage multiple channels through the ''Channels'' tab. It's simple, reliable and quick way of managing existing channels and adding new channels to your organisation. I forgot my Password and Username
If you forgot your password, don't worry, it happens. The good news is your Username will always be your email address. Open the app and at the login page, click on the link "Forgot password?" An email will be sent to you to create a new password. Just click on the link emailed to you and create a new password.
How can I move my existing channels to a new or different organisation?
In order to move existing channels to a new or different organisation, just write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of channels along with the new organisation name where you wish to move the channels and we will take care of the rest for you.

How do I switch between my channels?
If you are a reader to one channel you will automatically be on that channel when you log in. If you are a reader to more than one channel, every time you log in you will see a menu list of all your channels. If you are already logged in: Go to 'Menu' at top right corner (iOs) or top left (Android) of your device screen. Click on 'Switch channels' Choose a channel from your channel menu. You are now reading the channel you want.
How do I turn on/off the app push notifications?
It is recommended to allow push notifications so you don't miss out on anything! iOs: When you download the app from the App Store, you will be asked if you want to allow notifications or not. We recommend you select 'Allow'. You can manage push notifications in the Settings of your device. Android: For most Android devices, the push notifications are automatically turned on. Go to your device settings and then Application Manager and choose the app to turn notifications

Any content that is created for the app is treated as private information for invited readers only. However, when you click on any cards created with an external URL, you will be redirected to the article's original source. From there you can share or comment as usual.
