Is it possible to add different content to the news feed of the web app than to the news feed of the mobile app(s)?

Yes, this is possible. The default setting is that the news feed of the mobile app and the web app contain exactly the same content and features. However, it is also possible to distribute certain content only in one or the other platform. This can be easily defined for each individual section, even if the section is to be played out in different channels, this is possible for each can individually.
