How to sent a push note to all the user of the organisation?

If you are Organisation Admin, you can sent a push note to all the users of the organisation.

There are 2 ways to do this:

• From channel dashboard:

You can sent push note from the channel dashboard. Steps to follow:

1. 1. Go to channel dashboard and select ‘Push note’ tab

2. 1. Click on ‘New Push’

3. 1. Fill the necessary field

4. 1. Select ‘Recipients as 'Everyone in organisation’

_Note: Text, image, video and audio cards cannot be linked to push notes sent at organisation level

5. 1. Click ‘Sent note’

• From organisation dashboard:

You can sent push note from the organisation dashboard. Steps to follow:

1. Go to organisation dashboard and select ‘Push notes’ tab

2. Click on ‘New Push’

3. Fill the necessary field and click ‘Send Note’
