How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password or you want to reset password, you can do it in the following way:

1. Go to Login page
   Hint: You can visit the login page by clicking on ‘https://tchop.io/login
   
2. Click on ‘Forgot password?’
   
   
3. Enter the email registered with tchop and click on ‘Reset my password’
   __Hint: In case you don’t remember the email, please check: I forgot my password and Email. How can I access my account?

4. Check out for an email from tchop which will include the link to reset the password. Click on the link
   Hint: Please make sure you have entered the correct email. Alternatively please check you spam/junk folder for the tchop email
   
5. Enter the new password and click ‘Reset my password’
   fter resetting the password, you need to login again with the registered email and new password.
