Why is the upload of my content failing?
The upload of the content might be failing due to a poor internet connection. We recommend to do the following:
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again
- Close the app completely and restart again.
If the problem still exists, write to us at support@tchop.io and we will investigate the issue for you.
Note: uploading content from within the app is only available for Editor limited users, Admins and regular Editors.
