Why am I seeing ‘Connection trouble’ error even when my phone is connected to the internet?
Sometimes the internet signals of a user is not stable due to which the app shows ‘Connection trouble’ error message. To solve the issue, try the following methods:
Check that your mobile is connected to the internet.
If the mobile is connected to the internet, disconnect the mobile from the internet connection
Reconnect the mobile with the internet
RESTART the app from scratch.
