Why am I seeing ‘Connection trouble’ error even when my phone is connected to the internet?
Sometimes the internet signals of a user is not stable due to which the app shows ‘Connection trouble’ error message. To solve the issue, try the following methods:
- Check that your mobile is connected to the internet.
- If the mobile is connected to the internet, disconnect the mobile from the internet connection
- Reconnect the mobile with the internet
- RESTART the app from scratch.
