Why am I not able to play video and audio files in my app?
There are several reasons why a video or audio file might not start playing. The most often reason is a poor internet connection. tchop is a cloudbased service and so requires a steady internet connection at any time.
So please follow theses two easy steps in case you might have problems displaying a video or listening an audio stream:
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try again
Close the app completely and restart again.
