Why am I getting error message while trying to login in the app?

There can be many reasons for getting error message when you try to log in. Some of the error messages you might receive are:

Unknown credentials: It means that the email and password doesn’t match. Try to reset your password by clicking on ‘forgot password’.

No channel found: You are not a part of any channel in the organisation. Please contact your Administrator and ask him/her to add you to at least one channel

Connection error: It means that the phone is not connected to internet. Please check you internet connection and try again

Something went wrong: It means that the app was not able to connect with our backend due to unstable connection. Please restart the app and try again
