Where to find help in case my query is not listed?

Depending on the nature of your question, please click on ‘General Inquiries' or ‘Technical support’ which will open an email form
Enter your query in the email and send the email without making any changes in the recipients email address. As soon as we will receive your query, we normally will contact you within 24 hours. Please expect slightly longer response times for requests over the weekend.
Alternatively, feel free to contact us anytime via our Intercom chat from the tchop website. You can also email us at support@tchop.io
