I forgot my password. How do I set a new one?
Set new password following these steps:
On the login screen, click ‘forgot password’
Enter your registered email with tchop and click ‘Reset password’
You will receive an email with the link to reset the password
Click on the link: you will be re-directed to set your new password
Enter the new password and click ‘Reset my password’
Note: In case you haven’t receive any email from tchop, please check your spam folder or make sure that you are looking into the same email id that is registered with tchop
