How to sent a push note to all the user of the organisation?

If you are Organisation Admin, you can sent a push note to all the users of the organisation.

There are 2 ways to do this:

From channel dashboard:
You can sent push note from the channel dashboard. Steps to follow:

Go to channel dashboard and select ‘Push note’ tab


Click on ‘New Push’

Fill the necessary field


Select ‘Recipients as 'Everyone in organisation’
_Note: Text, image, video and audio cards cannot be linked to push notes sent at organisation level

Click ‘Sent note’



From organisation dashboard:
You can sent push note from the organisation dashboard. Steps to follow:

Go to organisation dashboard and select ‘Push notes’ tab

Click on ‘New Push’

Fill the necessary field and click ‘Send Note’
