How to re-setup 2-Factor-Authentication on a new device?
In case you got a new phone and wants to set up 2-Factor-Authentication, simply follow the steps:

- Login in the tchop backend. You can login here: https://tchop.io/login
- Enter the 6-digit passcode from your Google Authenticator device
Note: You will only be asked to enter the 6-digit passcode if 2-Factor-Authentication is activated in your organisation
- Go to your profile page. You can do it by simply clicking on it: https://tchop.io/me
- Click on ‘Reset GA’
Note: You will only see this option if 2-Factor-Authentication is activated in your organisation
- Install the Google Authenticator app on your NEW smart phone. Here are the download links:

- Open the Google Authenticator app and select the option to ‘Scan the barcode’
In case you are having difficulty scanning barcode, select ‘Enter key manually' option
- Scan the barcode provided on your screen;
In case you selected the option to enter the key manually, click on ‘Can’t scan barcode?' and copy/enter the long key in the Google Authenticator app along with your email address in the provided fields in the Google Authenticator app and save the details
- Enter the 6-digit OTP generated by Google Authenticator app in the space provided in the tchop platform
- Click ‘Set up’ and confirm you action
Please note: You need to be quick while verifying the 6-digit code from the google authenticator device as the code expires after 30 seconds and you get a new code.
Once you have successfully reset your 2FA on a new device, you can only login by entering the OTP generated by the newly set up Google Authenticator account.
