How do I install my company app on my mobile devices?
There are native apps available for iOS® and Android™. If your employee app is public, you can install it by:
Visit the official app store (Apple App Store® or Google Play™ Store)
Search for your company employee app
Install and open the app
Click the “get started”-button
Enter your login credentials and hit the “login”-button
In case you don’t know the name of your company employee app or your company app is not public, we also attach the direct links to install the app in the email which is registered with tchop. Please look out for the following icons in your email to install the app:
Note: In case you haven’t received any email from tchop, please check your spam folder or make sure that you are looking into the same email id that is registered with tchop.
