How can I start a direct chat with a user?

To start a direct chat:

1. Go to ‘Chats' tab
   
2. Click on the create chat icon on the top right corner
   
3. Search and select the user with whom you want to create direct chat.
   Note: In case you don’t find the user in the list, that means you don’t have permission to start a chat with that user. Please contact your administrator in that case.
   
4. Click on the user and the direct chat will be automatically created
