How can I be sure that the other users in a chat have received and read my chat message?

You can check if the message is delivered and ready by checking the ‘tick’ beside every message.

If there is no ‘tick' - it means that the message is not delivered yet

If there is single ‘tick’ - it means that the message is delivered but no one has read it yet

If there is double ‘tick’ - it means that the message is read by at least one participant of the chat
