What are the options in the "Organization settings" section?

In the "Organization settings" section, owners have the possibility to make various settings regarding the organization in order to create a better user experience and engagement. For example, the language of the organization can be adjusted, the name can be changed or the URL of the organization can be customized. Furthermore, you can find a lot of useful technical information about the organization.

Below you will find short explanations of the individual options in the "Settings" tab.

General - The owner or admin of the organization can:

change the name of the organization
change the URL of the organization (Not recommended - can cause irrevocable changes!)
change the language of the organization - this changes e.g. also the language of the invitation emails sent from the organization

Apps - here you can enter the links of the respective appstore pages for downloading the apps. The links are then included in the invitation emails sent out from the organization, so that the invited user also has access to the downloads directly from the invitation email and does not have to laboriously search for the corresponding app in the respective app stores after registration.

Staff only - Only the owner of the organization has access to this area, as it contains confidential and sensitive information regarding the apps. This information, if changed, can have an impact on the performance of the entire organization.

Danger Zone - only the owner of the organization has access to this area. Here the owner can delete the entire organization and all data associated with the organization. We strongly recommend not to access this area. In case the owner deletes his organization here, all data associated with the organization will be irrevocably lost.
